Are there any additional fees?
Nope. What you see here is what you’ll be charged. There are no additional fees for account setup, onboarding, training, or technical support.
Does the Munki Integration cost extra?
The Munki Integration is included with current subscriptions at no additional cost. This includes data transfer amounts typical of normal account usage. If you believe you require larger data transfer amounts than usual, please contact us for additional information.
How does my free trial work?
During your free trial, you can enroll unlimited devices and test-drive all of SimpleMDM’s features for a full 30 days, for free. Want to keep your account active past the end of your trial? Just enter your billing info.
How am I charged when I add devices?
Your bill is based on the number of devices in your account, so you only pay for what you’re using. Add more devices at any time — we’ll automatically prorate them for the remainder of your subscription period.
Can I upgrade to the annual plan later?
Definitely! You can always start on the monthly plan and upgrade to the annual plan at a later time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payments worldwide, as well as electronic transfers such as ACH, wire, and SWIFT.
